Interior styling notes
Place the largest cushions first to create structure, then layer smaller pieces in front.
Repeat one or two colours, but mix plain, patterned and textured fabrics for a collected feel.
Pair a larger motif with a smaller check, stripe or quiet plain so each fabric has room to breathe.
Beautiful rooms still need to be lived in. Leave enough usable space and plump cushions regularly.
